Terms of Use

By accessing or using PaladinsCat, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use an account or submit content, you confirm that you can legally agree to these terms; if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review them with you. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

PaladinsCat provides community-built statistics, cached public player profiles, match and meta analysis, community features, and Discord application commands for Paladins. Results are informational, may reflect incomplete or delayed samples, and are not official Hi-Rez records, competitive rulings, anti-cheat findings, or professional advice. You may not disrupt, scrape abusively, reverse engineer restricted systems, evade rate limits, automate harmful traffic, or use the service unlawfully.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, the security of your credentials and devices, and activity performed through your session. Do not share access tokens, impersonate another person, claim a player profile you do not control, or attempt to access another account. Notify PaladinsCat promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

PALADINS, its names, logos, characters, artwork, and other game materials are owned by Hi-Rez Studios or its licensors and remain subject to their terms. PaladinsCat is an independent fan service and does not grant rights in those materials. The site's original interface, text, data organization, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, subject to third-party and user-content rights.

You retain ownership of eligible content you submit, including posts, comments, builds, and tier lists. You grant PaladinsCat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the right to post it. Harassment, hate, threats, personal data shared without permission, cheating tools, knowingly false accusations, spam, infringement, and unlawful content are prohibited.

PaladinsCat is provided on an 'as available' and 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the project makes no warranties about uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy, freshness, or completeness of game data, ratings, moderation context, or generated analysis. PaladinsCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.

PaladinsCat relies on or links to services operated by others, including Hi-Rez Studios, Discord, external media hosts, font providers, and user-supplied wallpaper hosts. Their services, availability, content, and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. PaladinsCat is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, or content.

PaladinsCat may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant evidence, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address security or legal concerns, or maintain the project. PaladinsCat moderation labels and decisions apply only to this service and do not represent an official Hi-Rez ban or game-enforcement action.

These terms may change as the project, law, or third-party requirements change. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes may also be announced through the site or account notifications when practical. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
